Don't Settle Abroad

Image
Settling abroad? In my view, it is as if being Indian but supporting Britishers while living in British India in 1940s. India got independence in 1947, but Indians has altogether not lost the habit of living under domination and working as slaves for foreign authorities. Most Indians leave India in search of better job opportunities and better living standards but Is that all you need to live? And anyway I won't hesitate to say that if you were not a coward , you wouldn't wish to leave India, instead you would want to try to develop the resources that attracted you in India itself. Don't take your mother nation for granted. The air you have breathed, the water you have drunk, the love, care and support you've received through all the stages of life so far were free because you are Indian (citizen of India) and now wherever you go you will remain an Indian and there's no guarantee that you'll receive all resources for free with the same affection in other ...

Words of wisdom

Image
Read on to find out why this is been my most favourite speech ever since I first heard it. It has been a mind opener for me, I hope it does that to you too.Of course it's the first time I'm not  writing  but  re-posting,  the reason being, to be able to persist the originality and value of the words as spoken by the Speaker. Plus a spolier: Since I'm reposting transcripts of a speech "as it is" I want  you to know that it gets better with the scroll so be patient and read it full, you'll surely get some new line of thoughts:)  Excerpts... Today we are launching a campaign called for HeForShe . I am reaching out to you because we need your help. We want to end gender inequality, and to do this, we need everyone involved. This is the first campaign of its kind at the UN. We want to try to mobilize as many men and boys as possible to be advocates for change. And, we don’t just want to talk about it. We want to try and make sure that it’s tangible. I was ap...

Unintended effect of covid

The first and most obvious unintended effect of Covid is that we have a lot of time as the commute time is saved, “What we have in hand is a great deal of diamonds, we must use them consciously”, time is a priceless entity and even more worth when we get to spend it with our loved ones. Another unintended and slightly unexpected effect of Covid is that when we imagined all of us to be with our family there were some who were not for they were hit either by job transfers in another city, or as their duty demanded them to be out or at some places, people were unable to move due to strict Covid regulations, these are the conditions which comes in our minds. But in between our imaginations and reality, there is a world where a human trafficked girl(from Jharkhand) reunites with her family after many years, owing to Covid she was able to move to the hospital whereas as a slave she wasn’t allowed to take even a step without permission. At the Covid health care center when she told her misery...

How Everything is Possible?

Image
This is the scientific theory of how everything is possible. When we believe everything is possible it gives us hope and strength to achieve whatever we want to and through this blog I want to give you that confidence in scientific style XD! I am a student pursuing Science in high school along with "Yoga" (Vedic Science also being one of my interests). These both goes well together as a step towards ultimately understanding the life and world, the cosmic existence! but collide and move away when rationalism comes in way, most people think that science believes in that if it can't be proved, it can't be despite the fact that science begins with supposition as well, so to say The scientific theory of How Everything is Possible is quite unexpected, itself being a topic affinized towards psychology yet let us read what a science student has to say upon this.   The subjects and the books I study_Bio, Physics, Chemistry and Yoga- each of these has a perspective which conv...

My ATL Journey:)

Image
Today I’m super exited to share my ATL journey from scratch and the tips all the readers will get are the icing on the cake. Let’s begin the party. It all began when one day I was shooting a video for a science competition in ATL(note: until that time I was an outsider-non ATL student) and seeing an unfamiliar face delivering her idea confidently on-camera, our ATL Incharge Ashish Sir asked me ‘You are not in ATL?’ I said ‘Yeah I’m not’ We talked a minute or so and he left me with a thought ‘Why don’t you join?’ Now here comes the turning point as this question made me think over and in 2018 end I deliberately sat for an interview to enter ATL and honestly I myself have no idea why I was away from ATL community before this but I’m telling the reason I came here is only that one question and therefore Tip 1: Listen to your teachers, In fact to add up I would say be it any academic or skill subject teacher or your sports coach, to begin with you must first respect your teachers as then...

Do you think before you buy?

Image
I wrote it  during my English class. Topic assigned: Should we buy something only because it advertised? Oh not all blogs are written so randomly coz of the study flow, this is the 1st which have been written this way!  “Use this soap if you want to be cool” “Use this cream if you want fair skin instantly” These days such advertisements are found in TV, newspapers and where not! But are they true in what they insist? Many a times we buy something not because it is useful but because it is trendy or has a luring advertisement and then when we go on complaining regarding good or service, the sellers tries to shift all the responsibility on to us-the consumers, which is totally wrong in its place. The sellers are equally responsible for the good or service they sell. Injustice in case of consumer rights can surely be prevented once we shift from being mere target audience to the well-informed consumers. An appealing advertisement in any form of media can be a reason for us to che...

Blessing in Disguise

"Can we uninstall 2020, this version has a virus in it" was the popular meme this year. With COVID19 bringing the world to a standstill, I could not think of anything positive about 2020 until I deliberately began to write. I asked myself, ‘unwanted holidays’, ‘social distancing’, and ‘mental trauma’, is it all what the pandemic gave us or there is another side of coin unfelt? Definitely true, we stifled with the new normal, but didn’t work from home and social distancing actually made us more socially connected with our loved ones and ourselves. From the fast-paced life of time scarcity being suddenly stopped with a stop watch as in fiction, we all came to our roots again and learnt that life is transient and goes on despite adversities. No pandemic, no hurdle can ever stop the flow of life just as the water flowing in river does not stop because of a rock in its way and we humans the only ‘self-conscious’ being on the land did really find a way for almost everything, this y...

Sailing Away from Safe Harbour

Image
You are imagining it to be directing: move out of your comfort zone but it's not always recommended because you might not know which harbour is safe, it can be different from what you have contemplated There you are, reading views of a person who has been absolutely tangled about choosing something as a full fledged life passion because everything seemed so appealing to go on and dwell in and also I felt I was good at almost everything(may be not_but I felt so)that if I chose one passion, the other would be left! If you ever felt this or totally opposite_Continue Reading At a certain point I used to think, to give justice to all the passions I ever had I should become an actor and then could experience all the professions in specific roles but as you guess I gave it up after realising that to be an actor there has to be a greater reason than this one. After dropping this idea I had another one(still have) to become a YouTuber who would have playlist of LIFE As a sportsp...

History Books of India needs to be changed

We have a right to know right histories. This is because the way we live today is influenced by the past. We can't desire for change without being aware of this. For a long time before I began to embark this venture of expressing my views about-Why I think History Books of India needs to be changed, I was confused about what I exactly wanted to be changed in the history books so I voluntarily threw myself into the thick of it and I realised that I can certainly never make this out straightforwardly because we Indians are not taught many things(related to our own country) and we cannot know of something we are not taught. Of all books I cannot say but being Indian I can express my concern about changes in chapter :Nationalism In India in Class X History Book_CBSE BOARD and also for the issue of not being able to read about GREAT KINGS of our own soil Read the names given below Women such as Mantangini Hazra Ji of Bengal, Kanaklata Barua Ji of Assam and Rama Devi Ji of Odisha...

LGBTQ Community need a mention in Fundamental Duties and Books

Image
All I want from stakeholders of this nation is Please constitutionally recognise respect to all genders as a fundamental duty. Existing: Present: CONSTITUTION OF INDIA_PART I V A(ARTICLE 51 A)_Fundamental Duties (e) to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities; to renounce practised derogatory to the dignity of women  Change I request: (e) to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities; to renounce practised derogatory to the dignity of women and LGBTQ Community Reason : Once the principle us recognised in Fundamental Duties it will become easier for people to wage a struggle against what will now be unacceptable legally and morally. And I want LGBTQ Community to be mentioned in Academic Books~Political Science Class X-especiall...

Corona:What are your duties towards it?

New* AudioBlog Corona Virus-A Pandemic read the headlines of the newspaper and I threw myself hungrily into the reading. It has almost brought the state machinery to a standstill in large parts of the world as people are blindfolded, they are misled. Prevention against it has to be truly a mass movement which brings into it's ambit millions of ordinary people like you and me. Time to strengthen ourselves and fulfill our duties as responsible citizens. Firstly keep in mind , "A meaningful silence is always better than meaningless words". What I want to convey is Don't Pollute Internet  . Stop the flood of messages which says "CORONA can be cured by drinking alcohol",cow urine and the like. Think before you forward. Alcohol for prevention, doesn't it sound totally insane? How can it cure Corona when it itself weakens our immunity(being really indigestible). And anyway ,CORONA is a mild virus(of the total number of cases  chances are that only 2% are ...
