Do you think before you buy?

I wrote it  during my English class. Topic assigned: Should we buy something only because it advertised? Oh not all blogs are written so randomly coz of the study flow, this is the 1st which have been written this way!  “Use this soap if you want to be cool” “Use this cream if you want fair skin instantly” These days such advertisements are found in TV, newspapers and where not! But are they true in what they insist? Many a times we buy something not because it is useful but because it is trendy or has a luring advertisement and then when we go on complaining regarding good or service, the sellers tries to shift all the responsibility on to us-the consumers, which is totally wrong in its place. The sellers are equally responsible for the good or service they sell. Injustice in case of consumer rights can surely be prevented once we shift from being mere target audience to the well-informed consumers. Blessing in Disguise

"Can we uninstall 2020, this version has a virus in it" was the popular meme this year. With COVID19 bringing the world to a standstill, I could not think of anything positive about 2020 until I deliberately began to write. I asked myself, ‘unwanted holidays’, ‘social distancing’, and ‘mental trauma’, is it all what the pandemic gave us or there is another side of coin unfelt? Definitely true, we stifled with the new normal, but didn’t work from home and social distancing actually made us more socially connected with our loved ones and ourselves. From the fast-paced life of time scarcity being suddenly stopped with a stop watch as in fiction, we all came to our roots again and learnt that life is transient and goes on despite adversities.
